INSPIRATION is a jewel which we must constantly seek to polish, gathering experiences that refresh, nurture and heal us. Through this we build riches for today and tomorrow.

NOTHING can stop me but myself. You do not have to be clear about your visions. If you plant turnips do not expect to harvest sweet, green grapes. Create the vision, tread over, under and through the obstacles until you reach your destination with your bag of useful lessons and experiences firmly by your side.

SELF-BELIEF is attained by stepping courageously towards new challenges and conquering them. You can never grow by sitting pretty in your comfort zone and without growth we cannot fulfil.

PURPOSE is the spinal cord of vision and self-belief. Return and check that your purpose is planted in the fertile ground of reflection and thoughtfulness.

INWARD state of minds are as important as the outward face we show to the world. We often face people dishonestly sharing attitudes of carefree disdain, playing out joyless situations, spiritless patterns. finding ourselves surrounded by people to whom we can only present masked feelings tells us changes need to be made to the fabric of our lives. We need to keep an open eye on our internal world.

RESPECT for self, for the world. What are your personal standards, which lines will you not cross? Being truly respectful maintains focus and creates a positive environment of support and love. Without this we may get to the end of the road and find no one there to share joy.

AWARENESS demands we start by learning the required dance for each new situation; patiently learn the rules. Step lightly; gracefully, watch, listen and learn. Then, dip into your own well to decide what you will bring or develop in this new dance.

TOIL is the sheer hard work needed to move us forward, if you plan to harvest get your back into the planting.

INVIDUALITY demands we take responsibility for our own actions, allowing us to grow in wisdom. Check out the situation, how did you get into it, what has been your part, how can you clean up and how will you best move on?

OM for meditation, representing the need to find a spiritual baseline, a place you can return to again and again for strength and clarity.

NEW pastures can fill us with fear. However fear is a great motivator, it places all senses on alert and prepares us for the leap. With sound foundations we can afford to feel the fear and do it always.
